Our team's mission is to support you if you are dissatisfied with the care or services received or to be received in health and social services. Thus, we are here to help you express your dissatisfaction so that the services meet your expectations and your needs. In order to serve you well, our professionals travel throughout the Côte-Nord territory.

First of all, the CAAP Côte-Nord team receives and analyzes your request. If necessary, we will direct you to services adapted to your reality, such as medical, social and community resources.
Then, an experienced advisor will support you in your efforts by informing you about your rights and remedies in health and social services as well as possible alternatives.
Our role is to ASSIST and GUIDE you throughout the complaint process. We do not deal with complaints, we support you in your process.

Assistance and support professionals provide support to people whose approach aims satisfaction, respect for rights, improvement of the quality of services or the proposal of actions likely to improve the state of health and well-being of the population.
Our free and confidential services include clarification, research, explanation of possible interventions (their meaning and consequences), letter writing, administrative communications, support for appointments, follow-ups, ect.

Allows you to denounce one or more real-life situations that concern you

Reporting:
Used to report a situation of non-respect of rights experienced by one or more people or residents and which requires immediate action

Private seniors' residence (PSR):
Allows you to know the rights and obligations in terms of PSR lease and to question or denounce the problems experienced.
